Payments made for website development, software development, mobile applications, UI/UX design, cloud services, cybersecurity, and IT consulting are governed by the agreed project scope, milestones, and payment schedule.
Refund requests may be considered only if the project has not started or no substantial work has been completed. Once development has commenced, refunds may be partial or unavailable, depending on the amount of work already delivered.
Custom software development, website design, domain registration, web hosting, third-party licenses, maintenance plans, and completed digital services are generally non-refundable.
If a client cancels a project after development has begun, transcendence reserves the right to deduct charges for work completed, resources utilized, and third-party expenses before processing any eligible refund.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment gateway or banking institution.
If you have any questions regarding this Refund Policy or would
like to request a refund, please contact the
transcendence support team.
